Construction Example 1

The only thing standing in the way of a lease renewal is the tenant would like one office turned into two. And removing an unneeded closet in one. This involved creating a partition wall (involves, demolition, carpenter to build wall, electric to provide an outlet and or switch, drywall , carpet installation and paint). We do most of this “in house” (exception: electric) and perform this work all the time.

Construction Example 2

Building had bumper guards at their loading dock that were only 2” thick. Unfortunately a wall a few feet away was almost parallel with bumper guards and a truck backed into loading spot and misjudged the spot. Result, they damaged the adjacent wall. Solution, we replaced bumper guards at dock to 4” thick, repaired the damaged wall.

Construction Example 3

Sprinkler burst and flooded a handful of offices in an office building. Servpro had been called in to remediate and dry out area. They removed carpet and cut water damaged drywall from floor up to about 18”. We came in, replaced and finished drywall, installed new carpet, replaced some water damaged ceiling tiles and installed new baseboard to offices.

Construction Example 4

Facility wanted to move Handicap parking signs and spaces to opposite end of building. They had renovated the lobby such that opposite entrance was a better fit for handicap spaces. We dug footers, provided new signage and restriped parking lot.
