Building Maintenance Example 1

Building performed a fire system upgrade as a result they put holes in multiple areas of building. Some holes were put into laminate finishes, drywall, wallapaper and walls where speciality finishes had been applied. We were able to perform repairs on all these and duplicate finishes as needed.

Building Maintenance Example 2

At a loading dock: A metal railing going up the stairs had been jarred loose (probably from a truck bumping into it). Left unfixed someone could potentially grab the railing and hurt themselves possible law suit. We were able to weld the railing back into place, problem solved.

Building Maintenance Example 3

Circulation Fans in a parking garage had not been serviced since building was built 20 plus years. In part because back sides they were not accessible. Working with building engineer we cut six 32”x32” holes in block walls and installed access doors so they could be serviced and accessible for future.

Building Maintenance Example 4

Front entry doors to building had separated over time or were improperly installed to begin with. There was a half inch gap between the two doors creating a very cold lobby during the winter months. The facility had 4 door companies look at the project over a 4 month period. One proposal came back for $5000 and the other proposal didn’t address the issue. The other two didn’t submit proposals. Maybe the project was too small for them. Since we have built long lasting relationships with some vendors; we performed the work with our partner company for $1800 the very next week.

Building Maintenance Example 5

Tenant complained that door to an office was not closing properly. We sent one of our carpenters to look. It turns out door needed to be replaced as the veneer had split at the Jamb. We ordered a new door and hung/painted it two weeks later.

Building Maintenance Example 6

A Service hallway at street level of office building served two restaurant tenants was constantly getting banged up by deliveries and needing repair. Solution: we installed FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic) panels to walls from floor up to 4’ in height. FRP is extremely durable and as a result hallway looks and stays much better looking.

Building Maintenance Example 7

Hospital facility had a slip and fall to a back stairwell of building. Needed a quick solution. We installed non-skid tape to every step in 3 stairwells of hospital.

Property Maintenance Example

With large snow storms during the winter a facilty called because their snow removal company had knocked over a fire hydrant on the property and they didn’t seem to be in a hurry to take care of it. Kind of important if there is a fire in the building. Within 4 days we had the parts and our plumber fixed it.
